Objective 9.1 Increase by 25% from baseline the percentage of off-sale businesses checking ID of 21 year olds purchasing alcohol. Objective 9.2 Increase by 25% from baseline the percentage of on-sale businesses checking ID of 21 year olds.
Objective 9.3 Reduce the average BAC of UNL students admitted to Cornhusker Place who report consuming their last drink at a licensed establishment by 25%. Objective 9.4 Decrease the percentage of students who report drinking at bars without ID by one-fourth, from 21% to 16%.
Objective 9.5 Increase the number of persons participating in responsible beverage service training by 25%. Objective 9.6 Decrease by 25% from baseline the percentage of off-sale businesses selling alcohol to minors during compliance checks.
Objective 9.7 Decrease by 25% from baseline the percentage of on-sale businesses selling alcohol to minors during compliance checks. Objective 9.8 Reduce the number of bars and taverns allowing patrons under the age of 21 to enter or remain in the establishment after 9:00 p.m.
